A few quick phone photos is all it takes. One of us looks at everything and gets back to you, usually the same day. Not a bot, not a call center.
What photos help most
Quick phone shots are fine. If you want the fastest, most accurate answer, these are the pictures our buyers look for.
Clothing and denim
Full front, full back, and the labels: the red tab, the waistband patch, and any care tag. For jeans, one shot of the inside turned out at the back pocket.
Jewelry and watches
The piece overall, plus close-ups of any stamps or hallmarks inside the band or on the clasp, and the watch face and case back.
Furniture and larger items
As of August 2026 we are passing on most furniture and buying only mid-century and designer pieces. One photo of the whole piece and one of the maker's mark or label; the mark is the photo that matters.
Full estates
Wide shots of each room are plenty. We would rather see everything roughly than a few things perfectly.
