What does an estate sale cost?
We work on a percentage of sale proceeds, agreed in writing before anything begins, no upfront fees. The percentage depends on the size and complexity of the household, and we will quote it plainly at the walkthrough.
How much notice do you need?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full sale. On tighter timelines, escrow closings wait for no one, a buyout can be completed in days instead.
What happens to what doesn’t sell?
Your choice, decided in advance: we can buy remaining contents outright, arrange donation with tax receipts, or leave the home completely cleared. Nothing is left for you to deal with unless you want it to be.
