Sell to Us · Westminster
Estate buyers for Westminster, in every language the city speaks.
Free visit · cash offers · no obligation
Westminster’s estates tell two great California stories. The post-war tracts hold the original-owner households of the boom generation: complete, careful, and full of the mid-century things the market wants back. And Little Saigon, the heart of Vietnamese America, holds family households whose treasures deserve a buyer who knows what he is looking at.
We are that buyer for both. Lacquerware, mother-of-pearl inlay, jade, art, and heritage pieces are evaluated knowledgeably, not guessed at, and visits can run in Vietnamese whenever that serves the family. The offer is one number, explained openly, for everything you choose to sell.

Tiếng Việt, English, or both
Estate conversations are delicate in any language, and they go better in the one the family thinks in. Our Westminster visits regularly run bilingual: questions answered both ways, numbers explained twice, and decisions made without anyone feeling rushed past understanding. From the civic center tracts to the heart of Bolsa Avenue’s neighborhoods, one call sets it up.

Common questions
How do you value Vietnamese antiques and heritage items fairly?
By knowing the market for them, which extends across the diaspora and back to collectors in Vietnam. Lacquer school, inlay quality, jade grade, and age all matter, and we explain what we see piece by piece.
Can the visit be conducted in Vietnamese?
Dạ được. Tell us when you call and we will arrange it so every family member is comfortable with every step.
Mom’s gold and jade need to be split among siblings first. Can you help value before dividing?
Yes: a documented valuation visit before the family divides is common and wise. We value everything, and gold we identify. You divide, and we make offers on whatever falls in our lanes.
How can we tell whether the mother-of-pearl on the family lacquer table is real inlay?
Real inlay is cut shell set into recesses in the lacquer, so the surface has a faint edge you can feel with a fingertip, and the color shifts from pink to green as you move around the piece. Printed or transfer imitations lie perfectly flat and repeat identical motifs with no variation between them. Do not use furniture polish, oil soap or spray wax on lacquer, since it clouds the surface and can lift shell along the edges, and keep the piece out of a sunny window, which crazes old lacquer faster than anything else. A dry soft cloth is the entire cleaning routine.
Grandmother’s jade bangle came over with the family. How do we find out what it actually is?
We identify jade and jewelry at the table during the visit, free and with no obligation, so the family sees the reasoning rather than a number handed across. In the meantime a few things help at home: real jade feels cold to the touch and stays cool for a moment in the hand, it is dense for its size, and it gives a bright ringing sound when tapped where plastic and resin sound dull. Do not put it in an ultrasonic cleaner or in bleach, do not have it repolished, and if a bangle is cracked, leave it as it is rather than having it repaired.
