How fast can you actually get here?

The cards are worn from being played with. Worth selling?
Often very much so. Played WOTC-era holos hold real value, and a played 1st Edition card can be worth many times a mint modern one. Condition sets the price; it rarely ends the sale. Let us read the binder before anything gets donated or tossed.
Can you buy the whole childhood bedroom, not just the cards?
Yes, and we do it all the time. Cards, video games, toys, posters, the lot. We evaluate each category honestly, say what has a market and what does not, and make one clear cash offer for what we want.
The binder has been on a garage shelf here since the nineties. What has that done to the cards?
Usually less than families fear, and the damage that does matter is the damage done trying to fix it. Heat cycles curl holos, old soft vinyl pages can fog or stick to a card’s surface, and rubber bands leave permanent indentations across a stack. Do not press warped holos flat under weight or heat, do not peel a card that has stuck to a page, and do not wipe surfaces to make them look cleaner, because scratched gloss costs far more than dust does. Bring the binder exactly as you found it.
The cards turned up while we were clearing the house, mixed in with everything else. Do we need to separate them out?
Please do not. Cards get damaged in exactly that sorting stage, and binders, boxes, and loose stacks tell us more together than apart. We are a short drive from Lake Forest, so we can look at the cards and the rest of the house in one visit rather than making you split the job into two.
