Sell to Us · Vinyl Records
Sell a record collection without pricing it album by album.
A serious record collection is a life’s work, and selling one album by album takes a second lifetime. We buy collections whole: jazz shelves, rock walls, crates of soul 45s, the punk records that lived under a bed in a sleeve-worn box since 1982.

Pressing matters enormously, and that is our work, not yours. An original deep groove Blue Note and its later reissue look nearly identical to most people and differ in value by a hundred times. We check labels, matrices, and jackets while you watch, and we pay for what is actually there.
Collections we want to see
Jazz
Blue Note, Prestige, Impulse, and original pressings from the 50s and 60s especially.
Rock and psych
Original 60s-70s pressings, garage and psych rarities, and complete artist runs.
Soul, funk, and 45s
Boxes of singles welcome: northern soul, funk 45s, doo-wop, and regional labels.
Punk and hardcore
First pressings, local SoCal scenes, zines, and flyers kept with the records.
The whole shelf
We buy complete collections, not just the highlights, and we say plainly which is which.
Climate did your records a favor
Southern California vinyl tends to survive well: no damp basements, no freezing attics. The collections we see from Orange County and Los Angeles homes are often remarkably clean, and clean copies of the right pressings are exactly what collectors pay for. If a parent or spouse spent decades record shopping from Tower on Sunset to Lovell’s in Whittier, that shelf deserves a real evaluation before it goes to a dollar bin.
A Recent Find
A 1940s Levi’s Type 1 jacket, sold to us by a former dealer who knew exactly what he had. We paid $12,000 in cash, the same day.

Common questions
Do you cherry-pick the good records and leave the rest?
No. We make an offer for the collection as it stands and tell you honestly where the value sits inside it. If you would rather sell only part, that is your call, not a condition of ours.
How does condition affect value?
A lot. The same record can be worth $5 or $500 depending on the vinyl and jacket grade. Do not clean records with household products before we look; bad cleaning does permanent damage.
What about CDs, cassettes, and stereo gear?
Select CDs and tapes have a real market now, and good vintage audio gear absolutely does. If the collection comes with the system that played it, show us that too.
