Yes. Escrow clear-outs are a regular part of our South Bay week. We can usually visit within a day or two, pay cash the same day for everything we buy, and help you plan the remainder around your closing date.
My dad's garage is mostly tools, fishing gear, and a couple of old boards. Is that worth a visit?
